工商系中外学生在陈士慧、杨天飞和张祺瑞老师的组织和带领下,走访泰康甬园高端养老社区,学习数智化时代的银发经济商业模式。泰康甬园业务部门对接人&健康财富规划师王寒梅女士接待了工商系师生,并对宁大师生的到来表示了热烈欢迎。泰康·甬园是高品质养老生活的典范企业,坐落于宁波市东部新城核心区。讲解员详细为同学们介绍了泰康甬园的项目理念、全国布局、入住人数与健康服务等具体信息,工商系学生助理程熠榕等为来自韩国、摩洛哥等国的留学生进行了同步翻译。同学们实地参观甬园内部布局与不同活动课程,见证了老年生活的多样可能性。
On April 24, 2025, under the guidance of Teacher Shihui Chen, Yang Tianfei and Zhang Qirui, a group of domestic and international students from the Department of Business Administration visited Taikang Yong Garden, a premium senior living community, to gain insights into the silver economy and its digital transformation. The delegation was warmly received by Ms. Wang Hanmei, the Health and Wealth Planner and liaison from Yong Garden’s business department, who extended a cordial welcome to the students and faculty of Ningbo University. As a model enterprise in the field of high-quality senior living, Taikang Yong Garden is located in the heart of Ningbo’s Eastern New Town. During the visit, a guide provided a detailed overview of the project’s philosophy, national presence, resident statistics, and health services. To ensure inclusivity, student assistant Cheng Yirong and others offered real-time interpretation for international students from countries such as South Korea and Morocco.

同学们亲身体验了甬园中的各类硬件设施与服务场景,包括康复医疗中心、长者活动中心、书画室、健身房及特色长者食堂等,深刻感受到泰康在智慧化养老、医养结合方面的前沿理念和落地成效。在工作人员的引导下,学生们与社区居民进行了亲切互动交流,现场气氛温馨热烈。同学们表示,甬园展现出的养老服务已远超传统印象,真正融合了科技、人文与艺术,构建出高品质、多元化、个性化的老年生活新范式。特别是对来自海外的留学生而言,这次访学不仅是一次企业学习,更是一次文化交流与认知拓展的机会。一位留学生在参观后表示:“2030年马来西亚也要进入老年社会,参观完泰康甬园让我也萌生了在马来西亚开一间高端智能养老院的想法。”
Students had the opportunity to explore various facilities and activity spaces within the community, including the rehabilitation and medical center, senior activity center, art and calligraphy studio, fitness center, and a specialized senior dining hall. These immersive experiences offered a first-hand understanding of Taikang’s innovative integration of smart technologies and medical-care models in eldercare. In guided interactions with community residents, students witnessed the warmth and vibrancy of daily life at Yong Garden. Many expressed how the experience shattered traditional stereotypes of senior living, revealing a lifestyle that harmoniously integrates technology, culture, and art. For the international students in particular, the visit not only served as a business learning opportunity but also as a window into cultural exchange and global perspectives. One student noted, “Malaysia will also become an aging society by 2030. After visiting Taikang Yong Garden, I’m now inspired to establish a smart high-end senior living facility in Malaysia.”

活动最后,泰康甬园方面为学生们介绍了泰康在养老服务、健康产业与保险金融融合发展方面的战略布局,并鼓励在校学生关注银发经济新兴领域,拓展职业视野。此次访学活动在热烈交流与积极互动中圆满结束,为91论坛官方网站

Toward the end of the event, Ms. Wang Hanmei shared Taikang’s strategic development approach, highlighting its integration of eldercare services, the health industry, and insurance-finance solutions. She encouraged students to explore the emerging field of the silver economy and broaden their career horizons.The visit concluded with an atmosphere of warm exchange and constructive engagement, offering the students of the Business School a deeper understanding of industry trends and valuable career insights. Event organizer Chen Shihui emphasized that such visits serve as an extension of classroom learning, helping students apply academic knowledge in real-world contexts while enhancing their cross-cultural communication and professional competencies.

This visit was part of the undergraduate teaching reform initiative of Ningbo University, under the project titled “Bilingual Curriculum on Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age.” By combining internationalized teaching, entrepreneurship education, and practical learning, the Department of Business Administration continues to innovate its curriculum. This initiative, enriched by corporate visits, not only deepens students’ understanding of globalization strategies in local enterprises but also highlights the unique value of cultural integration in business management—offering fresh inspiration for cultivating socially impactful business leaders of the new era.
