Abstract: This lecture aims to introduce Fotile Group from a cultural perspective, presenting its development journey from start - up to achieving a hundred - billion - scale business, its business philosophy, corporate culture, and future plans. Fotile's predecessor, Feixiang Group (Flying Group), had achieved remarkable results. However, due to a crisis, it embarked on a second entrepreneurship. In 1996, Mao Zhongqun founded the current company. Up to now, Fotile has multiple brands operating in coordination, a large number of employees, substantial R & D investment, and numerous patents. In 2017, its revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan, and in 2022, it achieved growth against the trend. In terms of operation, Fotile adheres to beauty and innovation, launching many products that solve users' pain points. It focuses on high - end brands and refuses short - sighted behaviors such as price wars. It adheres to sincere quality and has passed multiple quality certifications. It also insists on sincere service, improves the service system, and introduces the NPS system. At the same time, Fotile takes caring for employees with a "heart - centered" approach, implements a full - staff sharing system, upholds cultural confidence, and promotes learning with Confucian culture as the core.
